0pay is a wallet for everyday money, in English and Romanian. It will not guess a balance, and it will not move money without asking you.
Your balance, exactly as it is recorded.
Never rounded and never guessed. When the app cannot vouch for a balance, it tells you so in words instead of showing a number.
How the app behaves
Five rules the app keeps on every screen. They decide what it shows you, and what it refuses to show.
Never a guessed balance
A balance the app cannot vouch for reads “unavailable until verified”. It never turns into 0.00, because an empty account and an unknown one are not the same thing.
Every payment asks you first
A payment ends with a review of what you pay and what the other side receives, then a slide, then your confirmation. The slide on its own moves nothing, and wrong codes cancel the payment before any money leaves.
No totals across currencies
Euro, USDC and bitcoin sit in separate accounts. Adding them up would need a rate, and a rate is a quote at one moment, not a balance. Insights keeps the same rule and shows one currency at a time.
A reason when something waits
Money that is held, sent back or did not arrive is labelled with what happened and with what you can do next, so a delay never looks like a lost payment.

The app and this website are in English and Romanian. The language you pick is kept on that device, because a phone may be borrowed.
