Your money, in one place you can read.

An account for each currency, one Send screen for every way to pay, and a history in which every movement opens its own receipt.

Activity grouped by day, with filters for all, in, out and accounts, and each payment marked Posted or Recorded
The home screen with a separate account and balance for EUR, USDC and BTC, and no total

Getting started

  1. Open the app from 0pay

There is no password to remember: 0pay opens the app for you. When a session ends, the app says so and points you back to 0pay, and nothing about your money has changed.

A line from the sign-in screen: 0pay signs you in and sends you here, with no password to enter and nothing to remember
  2. Check your identity

The check opens on a page of its own, started from your profile. The profile then shows how far it has got and whether anything is still needed.

Your verification on the profile, with Account opened and Identity checked both ticked
  3. Add money

Choose an account and copy its details: IBAN details for a bank transfer into euro, or a deposit address or a Lightning request for crypto. What arrives shows in that account’s history.

Add money to the EUR account by bank transfer: the IBAN in groups of four, the BIC, and a button to copy all details

If a figure cannot be vouched for, the app says so.

A balance the app cannot confirm reads “Unavailable until verified”. It never shows a zero in its place.

Unavailable until verified, never zero.

A balance that cannot be confirmed is withheld with a reason: it still has to be confirmed that it is you, the account is still being opened, or its figures are being reconciled. A zero on screen means an account that really is empty.

Add money, send and exchange, straight from home.

The home screen opens with the actions you use most, above your accounts. The Cards tile is part of the design, but cards are not available yet.

The top of the home screen with its actions: Add money, Send, Exchange and Cards

Exchange with a keypad.

Type the amount on a keypad, read roughly what you will get, then slide to confirm. The rate shows how old it is, and the final amount is set when the exchange settles.

Choose what reaches you.

You decide whether notices also leave the app as a push or an email, and which kinds of notice do. Everything still arrives in the inbox, and security notices cannot be switched off.

What you are told about: switches for push notifications and email, one for each kind of notice, and Security locked on

Hide every amount.

One switch masks every figure on every screen until you show it again. Each mask has the same width, so nothing on the screen moves and no amount hints at its size.

Questions about your own money

Do I need a password?

No. There is no password to remember: 0pay opens the app for you. Signing in and paying are separate things, though, and every payment still ends with your confirmation.

Which languages?

English and Romanian, across the whole app and this website. In the app the choice is kept on the device where you make it, so a borrowed phone set to another language does not change yours.

Can I keep euro and crypto apart?

They are always apart. Each currency has its own account, balance and history, and there is no total across them. Money moves from one to another only when you ask: with an exchange you confirm, or a standing order you set up.

What happens when I send money?

You choose who, enter the amount and see a review of what leaves your account and what arrives. Then you slide and confirm. Nothing moves before that, and if the confirmation fails, the payment is cancelled and the money never left.

Where can I see every payment?

In Activity. Every movement is in one list, grouped by day, with filters for money in, money out and each account. Each one opens a receipt with its status, time, account, and the balance before and after.

Running your own work? The same app, at a desk.

Separate accounts for each currency, payees you trust, and exports of your transactions for your books.
