Cards are not available yet.
This page shows how card controls are designed in the app. There is no date for cards, and this page will say so when there is.
Cards
Cards with the switches in your hands
In the preview of the app, each card has its own screen, with switches for where it works, a way to pause it and a way to report it lost. This page describes that design.
What the card screen puts in your hands
Every control belongs to the card it sits on, and changes that card alone.
Switches for contactless, online and cash
Under “Where this card works”, contactless payments, online purchases and cash withdrawals each have their own switch. Each switch is applied on its own, and the screen shows which changes took effect.
Pause it, or report it lost or stolen
Blocking a card asks why: you want to pause it, you have lost it, or it was stolen. A paused card can be unblocked. A card reported lost or stolen stays blocked for good, and the screen offers a replacement instead.
A replacement linked to the card it replaces
A replacement closes the old card rather than deleting it, so its history stays where it is. The old card and the new one point to each other, and you are taken straight to the new one.
Card details on a separate page
Card details open on a separate page, so the number never passes through the app screen. The details show only while the card is active.
Limits per card, set by you
Each card has its own spending limits for purchases and for cash withdrawals, per payment or over a period. You set a limit, remove it or leave it as it is, and it applies to that card alone.
Change the PIN from the card screen
Changing the PIN starts from the card itself, not from a menu somewhere else. A PIN that is too easy to guess is refused.
The same card screen, at a desk
On a wide screen, the card opens beside the navigation with the same switches, limits and actions, and sheets open as centred windows. Nothing about managing a card depends on holding a phone.
